Job Description
Projektmanager für technische Key-Account-Projekte bei Vaventus, einer deutschen Kälte-, Klima- und Gebäudetechnikgruppe. Koordination anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte und technischer Betriebe bundesweit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support key account projects from handover through successful completion
- Support operating companies with project execution
- Ensure clear responsibilities, timelines, and communication
- Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders
- Ensure a professional customer-facing presence
- Identify risks and bottlenecks at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions
- Support quotation and tender processes
- Prepare for important customer meetings
- Further develop standards and processes within the team
Requirements:
- Technical vocational training, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC, energy, or building services engineering
- Experience as a project manager or in the execution of technical projects
- Good understanding of technical processes and site organization
- Confident in dealing with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days per week)
- Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Willingness to take responsibility and bring people together
