Job Description
Key Partnerships Manager growing Intrepid Travel’s B2B adventure-travel sales. Building partner relationships and uncovering opportunities across Toronto or Calgary territories.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate B2B sales growth and enhance Intrepid Travel’s brand presence across the assigned territory
- Engage actively with partners through in-person visits
- Build and maintain meaningful partner relationships
- Uncover new business opportunities
- Represent Intrepid Travel with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Expand market share and elevate partner engagement
- Support cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact
- Deliver against sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and regional target KPIs
- Travel throughout the assigned region
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
- Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
- 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and delivery, and communication skills
- Confidence representing the brand externally
- Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
