Job Description

Lead Analyst shaping internal communications, employee advocacy, and LinkedIn and Instagram strategy. Strengthening Icertis’s brand as an AI-powered contract intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Help standardize the company’s approach to internal communications as it scales, establishing repeatable rhythms to inform employees about business strategy, priorities, and culture
  • Leverage video as a leading medium for internal messages
  • Write and edit internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and All Hands materials
  • Maintain an internal editorial calendar for communications tone, approach, and cadence
  • Partner on communications plans around major company announcements and milestones
  • Monitor employee feedback to improve communications impact
  • Own and develop the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram strategy
  • Create and curate social content engaging buyer audiences and employees while strengthening the Icertis brand
  • Showcase employees, culture, leadership, customer stories, milestones, events, and points of view
  • Lead the Icertis Booster Club employee advocacy program
  • Monitor social trends, formats, creator behaviors, and platform changes
  • Track social performance and refine content, messaging, and channel strategy

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, or a related field, preferably within a technology company
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to make complex topics simple, clear, and compelling
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including what makes content engaging and effective on each platform
  • A genuine interest in social media, emerging content formats, and digital culture
  • Ability to translate business strategy and corporate messaging into communications that feel human and relevant
