Job Description
Lead Fullstack Engineer maintaining live hiring-events platforms for Inallmedia’s distributed LATAM technology teams. Leading Java, Python, React, Kafka, incident response, releases, and engineer onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and deploy microservices and user interfaces across Java / Spring Boot, Django / Python, React, and GraphQL architectures
- Triage, debug, and resolve high-priority production incidents and feature misconfigurations on live event platforms in real time
- Monitor production systems and respond to performance alerts
- Maintain event-processing logic using Apache Kafka and analytics tools such as Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena
- Onboard, mentor, and guide engineers
- Coordinate work delivery, drive code merges, and manage releases autonomously
- Partner with Client Support and Go-To-Market teams to triage tickets, satisfy SLAs, and maintain client satisfaction
- Support architectural adjustments and maintain cross-system dependency logic
- Use system performance data for proactive troubleshooting
- Collaborate with EST-aligned teams during live platform operations and real-time event response
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership, onboarding capabilities, and team coordination
- High proficiency in Java / Spring Boot as a primary backend stack
- Experience with Django / Python as a secondary framework
- Strong hands-on frontend experience building web applications with React
- Direct experience with GraphQL, relational SQL databases, and/or document stores (MongoDB)
- Proven experience with Apache Kafka and at least one of: Dagster, enterprise Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena
- Full end-to-end DevOps autonomy to build, own, merge, and deploy code independently
- Exceptional data-driven troubleshooting and prioritization skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience working in Agile remote environments
- Fluent English for daily communication
- High overlap with EST during standard US business hours
- Nice to have: product management or technical lead experience partnering with GTM business teams
- Nice to have: experience with AI developer tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf
