Job Description
Lead GTM FP&A Analyst driving reporting, forecasting, and financial models for Sprout Social, a social intelligence platform. Partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships on revenue decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of GTM reporting and analysis processes
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships leaders
- Serve as primary finance partner to GTM leadership
- Build and maintain GTM reporting using Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Own GTM P&L mechanics, drivers, planning, and forecasting methodology
- Lead monthly and quarterly GTM reporting, including budget-to-actuals, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Build financial models for what-if scenarios, pricing and packaging analysis, and ad hoc requests
- Partner with Revenue Ops and Partnerships on scalable data solutions
- Own the end-to-end GTM financial model, including bookings, ARR, pipeline, sales capacity planning, quota setting, and sales compensation design
- Mentor junior analysts and lead strategic GTM finance initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and automation
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to build and maintain complex, scalable financial models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Past experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Ability to partner with Sales and GTM leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Pigment or similar planning tools, Salesforce, and Tableau or comparable BI tools (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data across systems (preferred)
