Job Description

Implementation Consultant collaborating with clients to deliver optimal Sprinklr onboarding experiences. Configuring products and providing training to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive the best onboarding experience
  • Act as internal escalation point and point of contact for clients
  • Configure the Sprinklr product for various brands and industries
  • Provide social insights and recommendations
  • Design and configure appropriate Sprinklr solutions
  • Ensure client training and education on the platform
  • Complete platform deployment anticipating future client needs
  • Provide consulting advice during project implementation

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technical skills
  • Experience deploying Voice and Non Voice Contact center applications
  • Knowledge of Voice protocols
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with telecom, call center integration, and VoIP applications
  • Have experience in Groovy and Javascript
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
