Job Description
Engineering Lead designing scalable full-stack applications for Inabia Solutions. Leading technical architecture, mentoring engineers, and developing backend workflow systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable, modern applications
- Lead technical design
- Mentor engineers
- Stay hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architectures
- Guide teams and own technical outcomes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- Angular 16+ is mandatory
- Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar
- Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems, such as Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, or Step Functions
- Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipelines
- Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes
