Job Description

Lead Polygraph Examiner coordinating enhanced vetting and polygraph operations for U.S. government clients. Ensuring timely and compliant vetting processes while supervising a team of examiners.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration of enhanced vetting and polygraph operations
  • Ensure candidates are vetted in a timely and compliant manner
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client on planning and scheduling
  • Supervise assigned Polygraph Examiners and support personnel
  • Review completed examinations for technical accuracy
  • Prepare operational reports and communicate risks or resource needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience with international polygraph programs
  • Graduate of an accredited professional polygraph and vetting training program
  • Documented completion of a minimum of 500 NCCA-accredited LEPET polygraph examinations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and conducting successful polygraph programs
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • U.S. citizen, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
