Job Description
Lead Product Manager at Shipium responsible for Product Discovery portfolio encompassing Delivery Promise, Shipment Planning, and Fulfillment Engine. Bridging strategic vision and technical reality while mentoring PMs and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the 1–3 year vision for multiple product lines
- Maintain a structured roadmap integrated with Jira and financial realities
- Build interactive prototypes and ensure design decisions transfer cleanly to engineering
- Query Amazon Redshift and S3 directly to generate insights
- Act as the first "product call" for Solutions Engineering on complex technical questions
- Mentor junior PMs and foster "product-thinking" across engineering teams
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, preferably in API-first products with technical-buyer audiences
- High "depth of craft" in logistics, supply chain, or complex distributed systems
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to navigate logs and APIs to solve problems
- Preference for high-quality written documentation over unnecessary meetings
