Job Description
Software Development Team Lead guiding and mentoring a dynamic team of developers. Supporting internal teams dedicated to delivering critical collateral for clients with strict deadlines and accuracy requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support team members
- Guide the software development lifecycle
- Coach the team in adopting AI‑assisted development practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to deliver high-quality tools
- Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions
- Facilitate code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Oversee task delegation, resource allocation, and prioritization within an Agile environment
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Provide immediate and continuous feedback regarding team performance
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new development team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10 years of experience with software development and architecture in technologies such as C#, Python, GitHub, Azure, .NET Desktop Applications, React, Node.js, and Azure DevOps
- Experience using generative AI in development
- Proven experience mentoring and developing junior software engineers
- Strong understanding of coding and process best practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
