Job Description
Lead Software Engineer responsible for developing custom software solutions at Triumph. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure impactful and reliable production systems while mentoring fellow engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of custom software solutions from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate across the full product lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and iteration.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are impactful, cost-efficient, and reliable in production.
- Identify risks in code and requirements, proactively offering solutions and tradeoffs.
- Lead code reviews, ensure quality standards, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Manage timelines, track progress via Kanban, and communicate updates effectively.
- Support and mentor fellow engineers, fostering growth and sharing technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional application development experience.
- Strong preference for Java and full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering projects and mentoring developers.
- Proven ability to understand business needs and deliver technical and non-technical solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
