Job Description
Remote LMS Specialist managing Docebo administration, user support, content, reporting, and system quality. Supporting Mariner Wealth Advisors’ organization-wide learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and administration of the Docebo learning management system
- Configure and customize the LMS and recommend and implement system enhancements
- Provide first-line user support, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate technical issues
- Review system configurations, test learner experiences, and confirm launch readiness for new content and features
- Monitor LMS and integrated technology trends and communicate upcoming enhancements to stakeholders
- Collaborate with content owners to align course additions with business strategies and governance standards
- Upload, organize, and configure learning content and learning paths
- Conduct system testing and quality checks
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Monitor user activity, validate data accuracy, and generate reports for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with HRIS, other LMS specialists, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology, management information systems, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or technical support
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Docebo administration; 2 years preferred
- Proficient with LMS management tools and technologies, including content authoring, database management, authentication, integrations, analytics, and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of LMS platforms
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and task prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
