Job Description
Leasing Renewal Manager managing leasing lifecycle from sales to occupancy for single-family homes. Driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experience in real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full leasing lifecycle from marketing and tours to applications and finalized agreements.
- Conduct pre-showing and pre-occupancy inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
- Maintain exceptional communication and professionalism with prospective residents.
- Train and support leasing personnel on sales strategy, process execution, and compliance.
- Identify performance gaps and set clear goals for leasing outcomes.
- Support marketing plans, incentive programs, and strategy reviews with leadership.
- Maintain complete and accurate lease and renewal documentation.
- Conduct file audits, review MTM leases, and ensure alignment with policies and revenue management systems.
- Manage the lease expiration matrix and update CRM and leasing systems with accurate data.
- Lead external marketing and leasing advertising efforts; update online listings daily.
- Track advertising effectiveness, leasing traffic, and team performance metrics.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of leasing or sales management, ideally in real estate or property management.
- Experience leading a leasing team or function.
- Strong CRM knowledge; familiarity with systems like RentVine, AppFolio, Yardi is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and operational discipline.
- Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
