Job Description
Legal Case Coordinator supporting a busy legal practice with administrative and operational tasks. Organizing client information and assisting the Principal Attorney on various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research and proactively solve problems to keep tasks moving.
- Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Attorney.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Manage and organize client and case information within CRM systems.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring timely, professional follow-ups.
- Prepare and file intellectual property (IP) applications and other legal forms.
- Format, proofread, and review legal documents and correspondence.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking using legal software platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or legal software is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
