Job Description

Legal Case Coordinator supporting a busy legal practice with administrative and operational tasks. Organizing client information and assisting the Principal Attorney on various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent research and proactively solve problems to keep tasks moving.
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Attorney.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Manage and organize client and case information within CRM systems.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring timely, professional follow-ups.
  • Prepare and file intellectual property (IP) applications and other legal forms.
  • Format, proofread, and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking using legal software platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems or legal software is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
