Job Description
Lifecycle sales manager converting CIEE study abroad alumni into college participants. Managing CRM campaigns, ambassador programs, and enrollment growth for a nonprofit international exchange organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize CIEE's alumni-to-college lifecycle strategy
- Own lifecycle systems, processes, communications, and engagement initiatives from high school participation through college study abroad enrollment
- Project-manage the end-to-end alumni engagement calendar
- Develop, execute, test, and improve lifecycle campaigns, outreach strategies, communications, events, and engagement models
- Own conversion metrics for applicant and alumni progression to College Study Abroad enrollment
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase alumni awareness, engagement, and enrollment
- Monitor and report on lifecycle conversion performance, enrollment pipeline health, and ROI
- Manage CRM workflows, automations, segmentation strategies, and engagement tracking
- Partner with Marketing and Operations on lifecycle communications and reporting dashboards
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage alumni engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of alumni and campus ambassador programs
- Coordinate alumni storytelling, peer-to-peer engagement, and referral initiatives
- Coordinate across Institutional Relations, Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and other stakeholders
- Identify operational challenges and recommend scalable solutions
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to internal leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required
- 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, enrollment management, sales operations, CRM management, alumni relations, customer success, marketing automation, admissions, or a related field
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, manage performance metrics, and drive measurable results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with study abroad, higher education, enrollment management, or alumni engagement preferred
