Job Description
Maintenance Coordinator managing property maintenance requests, vendor assignments, and work order follow-ups. Ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of maintenance issues in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to maintenance requests via phone, email, or property management software
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders in coordination with vendors and technicians
- Communicate service updates with tenants and property owners
- Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
- Verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage emergency maintenance situations with appropriate urgency
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and vendor performance records
- Generate maintenance activity reports for property managers and owners
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America
- Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
