Job Description

Strategic Account Manager managing major accounts in Life Sciences and Healthcare. Driving revenue growth and building relationships with global clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with accountability for revenue growth and retention
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships including C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans
  • Identify whitespace and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise negotiations
  • Serve as primary point of contact and ensure strong customer experience
  • Conduct executive business and account reviews
  • Partner cross-functionally across internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
  • Stay current on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic account management
  • Experience selling into pharmaceutical or biopharma companies
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling data, analytics, or consulting solutions
  • Advanced degree in business or life sciences (it would be great if you have this)
  • Experience managing global, matrixed client relationships (it would be great if you have this)
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contract expansion (it would be great if you have this)
  • Experience in market access, clinical, or data solutions (it would be great if you have this)
  • Strong consultative selling skills (it would be great if you have this)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (it would be great if you have this)
