Job Description
Management Analyst improving business processes, data quality, and reporting for Mano Lani LLC. Supporting project teams with analysis, documentation, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Review business processes, procedures, and workflows
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business and program information
- Assist with data quality reviews and reconciliation activities
- Develop and update procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials
- Analyze information from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems
- Track project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries
- Work with analysts, GIS staff, technical teams, and client stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a related field
- Experience in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a related role
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and business information
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare clear reports and business documentation
- Ability to meet applicable client access requirements
- Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs preferred
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications preferred
- Experience with process improvement or data quality activities preferred
- Experience preparing management reports, metrics, or presentations preferred
- Experience working with government or large enterprise customers preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type and read from a computer screen, and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as required
