Job Description
CRM Marketing Manager leading lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and personalization for PrizePicks’ daily fantasy sports platform. Optimizing engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven CRM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a CRM strategy team of 2 to plan, create, and implement complex CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys and map touchpoints to enhance customer experience.
- Establish optimal channel mix and communication cadence based on audience behavior and business goals.
- Own customer segmentation creation and management; evaluate segment and campaign performance.
- Partner with Analytics to identify optimization opportunities and develop the long-term audience strategy.
- Orchestrate cross-channel personalization and consistent messaging across platforms.
- Oversee A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and drive lifecycle lift.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative engagement strategies.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
- Own the CRM calendar, campaign schedules, and content calendar.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing continuous-improvement recommendations.
- Mentor CRM team members on strategic lifecycle thinking and business case development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing roles.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Braze, Moveable Ink or similar tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of email/in-app/push marketing best practices and copywriting skills.
- Experience in the Daily Fantasy Sports or gaming industry is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholders, multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
