Job Description

Jabil finance manager scaling AI, automation, and digital productivity tools across FP&A. Leading governance, workflow integration, and adoption across global finance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, testing, and scaling of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity tools across Finance and FP&A
  • Identify, prioritize, test, and deploy AI use cases that reduce manual effort in finance
  • Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows for monthly close narratives, board reporting packages, and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with Global IT, data science, and finance stakeholders to translate technical concepts into production-ready business solutions
  • Establish standards and guardrails for responsible AI use, including data security, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop accuracy validation
  • Train finance users on AI-enabled processes, foster internal AI literacy, and monitor performance outcomes
  • Ensure AI tools remain compatible with SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, and enterprise data lakes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science required
  • 7+ years of combined experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems administration, or digital transformation
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tooling in a business or finance context
  • Familiarity with ERP/planning systems including SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or Workday
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical financial leaders
  • Proven project management and change-leadership capabilities
  • Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
