Job Description
Santen, a global ophthalmic pharmaceutical company, seeks an IT manager to lead business-partner strategy and transformation. Managing portfolios, investments, projects, and global stakeholder collaboration from Osaka.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Partner team and formulate and advance digital and IT strategies to realize business strategy
- Act as a trusted partner to business divisions by understanding medium- and long-term business challenges and growth opportunities
- Drive value creation, business transformation, and organizational capability improvement through technology
- Manage the system portfolio and IT investments
- Lead the development and execution of a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a player-manager by leading important projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders and the Digital & IT organization
- Contribute to sustainable business outcomes and accelerate digital transformation
Requirements:
- 学士号またはそれに相当する実務経験
