Job Description
Manager leading project teams delivering automated intralogistics and high-bay warehouse systems across the DACH region. Driving resources, escalations, coaching, and successful customer-project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary and functional management of a team of project managers
- Lead and develop the team
- Responsibility for resource and capacity planning
- Assign project managers based on project requirements
- Support and coach project managers on challenging and critical project issues
- Act as the escalation point for critical project situations
- Support the development of solutions
- Work closely with relevant departments
- Promote effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure the professional and successful delivery of national customer projects across the DACH region
- Foster the professional and personal development of employees
- Support cross-functional coordination and complex decision-making
- Report directly to the Director of Project Management
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of project management experience, ideally in intralogistics or a comparable project-based business
- Leadership experience or strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing employees
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Very good German and English skills
