Job Description
Manager overseeing strategic partnerships with credit bureaus for FICO. Driving business development and relationship management to maximize revenue potential.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership and relationship management to our credit bureau partners and stakeholders
- Generate standard notifications as per bureau agreements and correspondence
- Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the review and approval of correspondence
- Participate in internal and external meetings to assist with preparation and content
- Manage task lists and logs for activities requiring close tracking
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of contract-related documentation
- Maintain legal logs and monitor the completion of legal requests
- Prepare management reports and presentations for publication
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multiple B2B client/business/vendor relationships with enterprise partners
- Prior experience working with credit data and banking/credit bureau partners (Highly Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to act as a primary point of contact for key internal/external stakeholders
- Prior experience with contract administration, legal review, compliance, and pricing negotiation
- Proven strength in problem solving and navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations
- Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
