Job Description
Manager, Software Engineering overseeing Pega projects at DriveTime Family of Brands. Leading the delivery of Pega solutions while fostering team growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Pega projects
- Motivate and inspire your team
- Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between component parts
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Set clear, measurable performance goals for team members
- Provide timely, actionable feedback and manage the full employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities
- A track record of driving collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience mentoring teams on their application
- Ability to manage complex project scopes and mitigate risks effectively
