Job Description
Solutions Consulting Manager leading EMEA teams for Feedzai's AI-powered financial-crime and fraud-prevention platform. Driving enablement, deal strategy, resource allocation, and executive stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the EMEA Solution Consulting team
- Serve as the team's primary point of contact, support daily needs, remove blockers, and foster autonomy and continuous growth
- Enable the team on Feedzai's platform, value propositions, competitive positioning, and financial crime domain trends
- Drive best practices so Solution Consultants operate as self-sufficient, trusted advisors
- Partner with the EMEA General Manager on regional revenue targets and strategic go-to-market initiatives
- Engage internal and external stakeholders across major opportunities
- Participate in executive interactions, deal reviews, and strategic pitches across EMEA
- Manage Solution Consulting staffing and resource allocation across sales campaigns, RFPs, and customer engagements
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to convey regional market requirements, influence product roadmaps, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs
- Complete onboarding training, shadow colleagues, and begin contributing to ongoing projects during the first 30 days
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring pre-sales / solution consulting professionals
- 7+ years of total professional experience as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer in enterprise B2B software
- Experience supporting quota carriers in complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Deep Financial Services industry experience
- Specialized expertise in Financial Crime, Risk Management, or Fraud Prevention
- Ability to partner effectively with Regional GMs, VP of Sales, and C-level client executives
- Strong track record establishing processes, removing operational barriers, and driving scalable enablement programs for technical sales teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage enterprise SaaS environment
- BS or Masters in Computer Science, STEM degree, or equivalent proven experience in Enterprise Software
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required, up to 30%
