Job Description
Transformationsmanager gestaltet KI-Agentenorganisation und KI-gestützte Prozesse bei Meliorate, einer Managementberatung für asset-intensive Unternehmen. Aufbau von Governance, Workflows und Veränderungskompetenzen.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically shape the organization’s internal AI transformation
- Develop structures, processes, and capabilities for collaboration between people and AI agents
- Build an agentic organization
- Integrate AI-powered workflows into existing processes
- Define guardrails for roles, governance, and the responsible use of AI
- Lead transformation projects from initial concept through implementation in day-to-day operations
- Enable employees and leaders to use AI independently and effectively
- Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and continuously improve them
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen, transformation expertise, and technological curiosity
- Experience in consulting or a project-oriented professional services environment
- Experience with transformation, organizational development, or digitalization projects
- Understanding of business models, processes, and people
- Knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, and their application in business processes
- Pragmatic approach and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Fluent English at a minimum C1 level
- German language skills are welcome
- Valid work authorization within the EU
- Current degree certificate and all employment references must be submitted with the application
