Job Description
Manager of Volume and Revenue Analytics managing financial reporting and budgeting processes at Boston Medical Center. Collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy in financial data and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial reporting and budgeting for hospital volume and gross charges
- Collaborate with the Reimbursement team to analyze net revenue trends
- Define the analytical standards, methodologies, and frameworks for accuracy and integrity of financial outputs
- Produce detailed volume and revenue forecasts for new initiatives
- Analyze and interpret budget variances to provide necessary context to performance drivers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- five years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or management consulting
- demonstrated experience managing analytics projects and large datasets
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and SQL
