Job Description
Manufacturing Recruiter connecting motivated candidates to career opportunities at a key client's business. Full cycle recruitment with an emphasis on CDL Drivers and Field Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiter specializing in supporting a key client's business needs
- Connect motivated candidates to job opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates and loyal clients
- Execute full cycle recruitment processes
- Advocate for candidates in their career opportunities
- Deliver exceptional hiring experiences to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (experience hiring for CDL Drivers and Field Technicians are required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
