Job Description

Market Development Director expanding Bamboo Health’s real-time care intelligence partnerships with U.S. health systems. Driving enterprise sales, executive relationships, and value-based care transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell enterprise health system solutions and accelerate new enterprise growth in key markets
  • Execute new and expanded partnerships with health systems across Bamboo Health’s product offerings
  • Educate healthcare leaders on value-based care, care coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Translate Bamboo Health capabilities into solutions aligned with clinical, financial, and strategic priorities
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from engagement through contracting
  • Exceed revenue targets through new enterprise Health System sales
  • Build and maintain pipeline from discovery through close
  • Engage and influence CIOs, CMOs, and population health leaders
  • Lead commercial negotiations
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline health, deal stages, and activities
  • Provide market insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure client success
  • Mentor others on Challenger-based selling
  • Explore AI and automation tools to enhance workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software technology solutions to Health Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, care coordination, or population health models
  • Knowledge of value-based care payment and financial models
  • Experience selling technology and services-driven solutions to Health Systems
  • Experience with Salesforce and a structured sales methodology
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating year-over-year sales growth
  • Ability to lead with insight and create constructive tension that drives change
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50%, for work
