Job Description
Market Research Recruiter focusing on qualitative research participant recruitment for a global data organisation. Collaborating with project managers to ensure high-quality recruitment and participation.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for qualitative market research projects including FGDs, IDIs, online communities, usability testing, and customer interviews
- Work closely with project managers and research teams to ensure high-quality participants are recruited and confirmed
- Review project briefs and understand recruitment requirements and quotas
- Contact pre-qualified survey respondents by phone to validate responses
- Manage participant bookings, confirmations, reminders, and replacements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and booking statuses within internal systems
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to project managers
- Identify and escalate recruitment challenges or data quality concerns
- Deliver a high standard of respondent experience and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Experience in Market Research Recruitment
- Experience in Qualitative Research Recruitment
- Focus group recruitment experience
- Experience in participant scheduling or fieldwork coordination
- Experience recruiting participants for qualitative market research studies
- Experience conducting phone screening interviews
- Familiarity with focus groups, IDIs, and qualitative methodologies
- Experience working with recruitment screeners and quota management
- Experience managing participant confirmations and attendance
