Job Description
Marketing Account Strategist optimizing digital marketing strategies for orthodontic and dental partners. Coaching and collaborating with practice owners to maximize ROI and performance.
Responsibilities:
- As a Marketing Account Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in coaching and collaborating with practice owners to optimize digital marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Address partner concerns, including lead quality, ad spend optimization, CRM training, website updates, SEO strategies, front desk and team training, and diagnosing CRM issues.
- Conduct 10-15 weekly calls with practice owners to review marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable strategies.
- Handle 25-30 daily emails covering a variety of partner inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities, create tailored strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and web performance, and ensure efforts align with driving measurable ROI.
- Manage relationships with up to 40 partners simultaneously, ensuring personalized support and high-value communication across multiple platforms, including email, SMS (via CRM), phone calls, Zoom, and Slack.
- Lead training calls with confidence, equipping partners and their teams with the knowledge and tools to execute and optimize digital marketing efforts effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance and partner feedback, leveraging insights to refine strategies that continuously maximize results and ROI.
- Utilize multiple software tools, such as CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and communications.
- Maintain a professional and positive "my pleasure" mindset, delivering 5-star service that builds trust and enhances partner satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline communication and execution, ensuring all strategies and updates align with broader company goals.
- Maintain or quickly acquire a deep understanding of the orthodontic and dental fields to provide partners with highly relevant and impactful insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience optimizing strategies to achieve measurable results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and refine campaigns that drive growth and deliver ROI.
- Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about using digital marketing expertise to help partners and the company grow.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with an average of 40 partners at a time while maintaining high service and responsiveness.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to switch between multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and directly communicate strategies and results to partners and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and pivot quickly when necessary.
- Experience crafting and delivering training sessions, confidently guiding teams to improve their marketing strategies and execution.
- Customer-focused with a “5-star service” mindset and a professional, positive attitude when addressing partner needs.
- Willingness to learn about the orthodontic and dental industry, with the ability to translate digital marketing strategies into practice growth opportunities.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- A humble attitude with a willingness to ask questions and collaborate for continuous improvement.
