Job Description
TELUS Digital freelance analyst evaluating App Store and video search content for Switzerland. Researching queries and assessing relevance across digital media tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assess diverse task categories, including Video and App Store evaluations across various media domains
- Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content
- Conduct online research to assess and validate query accuracy and intent
- Apply market expertise and provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Swiss market
- Complete an open-book qualification exam and ID verification
- Work subject to standard quality assurance checks
- Contribute to the development of the AI ecosystem
Requirements:
- No previous professional experience required
- Full Professional Proficiency in English and Italian
- Resident in Switzerland for the last year
- Familiarity with current and historical Swiss business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs
- Email address associated with an Apple ID
- Experience and know-how of Apple products
- Up-to-date familiarity with application and video trends
- Keen interest in internet research
- Flexibility to work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance
- Daily access to secure broadband internet, a computer, and relevant software
- Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes
- Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- Successful completion of the qualification exam and ID verification
- High School degree or higher certification preferred, not required
