Job Description
Medical Biller managing claims, ModMed records, and denials for a comprehensive dermatology practice. Supporting accurate revenue-cycle operations across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services.
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit medical billing claims accurately and promptly
- Manage the full claims lifecycle, including submission, tracking, follow-up, and resolution of denials or rejections
- Maintain accurate billing records in ModMed
- Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to ensure complete and accurate billing information across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services
- Identify and proactively resolve billing discrepancies and claim issues
Requirements:
- Medical billing experience
- Experience with ModMed
- Claims experience, including submission, tracking, and follow-up
- Billing Supervisor experience is a strong plus but not required
