Job Description
Member Enrollment Representative selling MDVIP’s personalized healthcare memberships through consultative outreach. Engaging warm leads, scheduling consultations, and driving enrollment conversions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Sell prospective members on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an affiliated physician practice
- Explain the MDVIP program and identify which components generate prospect interest
- Engage warm leads through personalized phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Handle inbound call activity and document outcomes of inbound and outbound interactions in Salesforce
- Identify effective contact channels through strategic calls, emails, and text messages
- Conduct proactive outreach, timely follow-up, and schedule enrollment consultations
- Collaborate with physicians and their staff to provide a seamless prospective-member experience
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead conversion rates
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation and conversion rates
- Provide management with regular reports on lead pipeline status, challenges, and successes
- Anticipate and address prospect questions and objections
- Manage leads efficiently through every step of the enrollment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and 1.5 years in a similar role (sales development, business development, or lead generation) with experience in cold outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling
- A minimum of 1.5 years of outbound or inbound experience in a B2C sales role
- Strong performance as a BDR/SDR with a proven track record in sales, account management with a sales focus, or a related role emphasizing lead conversion
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with inContact is a plus but not required
- Goal oriented with a track record of measurable success exceeding company sales goals as an SDR or BDR
- Analytical abilities required, including developing actionable and accurate reports from high-level data analysis problems in a consistent and repeatable format
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar platforms to document interactions, manage leads, and track follow-ups
