Job Description
Member of Technical Staff, Software Engineering solving complex technical issues at Cognita. Collaborate with teams and apply diverse technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Solve complex technical problems across the technology stack.

- Up to 25% travel, as needed.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a technical field - Preferred.
- Experience in multiple technology domains (e.g., backend, frontend, cloud, infrastructure).
- Track record of delivering high-impact solutions in ambiguous or evolving contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex technical challenges.
- Proven adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Broad understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology domains.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
