Job Description
Microsoft 365 Engineer managing Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and security environments for German managed-service customers. Automating administration remotely with PowerShell and Graph.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage managed-service customers as their dedicated technical point of contact
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Teams
- Support hybrid environments involving Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Exchange Hybrid
- Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and Defender
- Handle tickets, changes, and smaller projects
- Contribute to automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Requirements:
- Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Experience with hybrid environments, including Active Directory and Entra Connect; Exchange Hybrid is a plus
- Proficiency with Intune and Conditional Access
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Independent, structured working style and strong customer communication skills
- Excellent German language skills
- Advantageous: experience with Purview and Defender, and certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or MS-102
