Job Description
Analista de Performance de CX em ambiente ágil, colaborativo e desafiador no Asaas, fintech brasileira. Responsável por monitoramento e análise de indicadores para apoiar decisões estratégicas.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational performance and identify significant deviations that impact efficiency;
- Build tactical and strategic dashboards for clear visualization of key indicators and KPIs;
- Identify bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities in the customer service operation;
- Support area leadership with structured analyses and actionable recommendations;
- Cross-reference data from multiple sources to generate a more holistic and complete view of the situation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL and fundamentals of Data Modeling (basic level);
- Practical experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (intermediate level);
- Solid knowledge of CX metrics and the application of applied statistics to the business;
- Skill in data storytelling to translate numbers into clear narratives;
- Strong analytical thinking and a well-developed critical sense;
- Proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills;
- Clear and assertive communication to interact with different teams and leadership.
