Job Description

Recruiter conducting interviews and managing selection processes for the health sector. Responsible for high volume interviews and maintaining candidate quality in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end selection processes, from defining the candidate profile to hiring
  • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
  • Post job openings on platforms and attract qualified candidates
  • Create content to attract candidates
  • Manage talent pools
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Manage up to 6 selection processes simultaneously
  • Maintain close communication with the internal team
  • Ensure speed and quality in delivering shortlisted candidates
  • Administer tests and assessment activities as required by the role
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date talent database
  • Meet deadlines and productivity metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized and autonomous in managing own schedule
  • Ability to handle a high volume of interviews while maintaining quality
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and online interviewing platforms
  • Analytical and detail-oriented profile
  • Agility in decision-making
  • Excellent time management
  • Commitment to deliverables and deadlines
  • Proactivity and a sense of ownership
