Job Description
Analista de Requisitos in a digital solutions company focused on public management, ensuring requirements' validations and documentation throughout projects.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, flow diagrams, data modeling and use cases.
- Actively participate in planning and review ceremonies, ensuring understanding and validation of requirements throughout the development cycle.
- Create screen prototypes and define system behavior.
- Translate client and business needs into clear, well-defined user stories.
- Serve as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring requirements are correctly understood.
- Prepare meeting minutes, acceptance documents and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for the client, ensuring their sign-off.
- Work closely with the product owner, coordinators and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support the QA team in defining test scenarios based on the gathered requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, proposing solutions for business challenges.
- Clarify business rule questions for other members of the analysis team.
- Create periodic updates about system changes and evolutions for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure requirements reflect the best user experience.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support sprint testing when necessary.
- Assist in creating questionnaires and surveys to gather user needs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of databases;
- Knowledge of JSON format;
- Knowledge of web service/API communications;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Experience in requirements elicitation;
- Experience writing acceptance criteria in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) format;
- Availability to travel;
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Certification in Requirements Analysis or a related area;
- Knowledge of APIs;
- Experience with Postman and SoapUI tools;
- Prior experience on licensing projects for fire departments, environmental agencies, or agricultural defense.
