Job Description

Social Media role responsible for strategic content creation for high-ticket healthcare clients. Ensuring effective communication and engagement through various platforms and content types.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete schedule for a portfolio of clients without daily supervision
  • Present and defend content strategy in biweekly client meetings
  • Write campaign copy (organic + paid traffic + landing pages + email + ManyChat)
  • Create and approve scripts/storyboards for Reels and Stories, overseeing production through to posting
  • Analyze clients' weekly metrics and propose adjustments
  • Research niche trends and incorporate them into the content calendar
  • Monitor clients' Instagram accounts daily to ensure execution
  • Maintain continuous communication in clients' chat groups
  • Produce paid-traffic materials
  • Present tests of new content in the weekly meeting
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the junior copywriter for technical questions
  • Perform occasional tasks requested by the team leader

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and assertively
  • Experience managing high-ticket client accounts
  • Applied mastery of copywriting, storytelling, and persuasive frameworks (AIDA, PAS, cognitive triggers)
  • Autonomous production of multi-format copy (carousels, Reels, static posts, Stories, ads, landing pages, email, ManyChat)
  • Metrics analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with ClickUp
  • Solid knowledge of CFM regulations and privacy for before/after content
  • Ability to use AI tools strategically
  • Proficiency in the Stark modeling method
