Job Description
Mobile Engineer II developing mobile features for iOS and Android applications at AlignOps. Engaging in comprehensive project ownership and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Takes ownership of features and projects end-to-end.
- Independently implements mobile features of moderate complexity while demonstrating a solid understanding of system architecture.
- Independently analyzes and solves problems within the mobile domain.
- Proactively identifies and addresses technical issues.
- Actively maintains and extends our iOS and Android applications.
- Clearly communicates progress and blockers.
- Seeks feedback from multiple sources and perspectives.
- Constructively participates in code reviews.
Requirements:
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with native mobile development, specifically using Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
- Good grasp of basic programming foundations and familiarity with mobile-specific concepts (e.g., app lifecycles).
- Solid working knowledge of modern declarative UI frameworks (Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI).
- At least one primary programming language of focus (e.g., Kotlin, Swift).
