Job Description
Condo Analyst supporting AmeriSave’s online mortgage lending and loan-closing operations. Managing project tasks, reviewing documents, and coordinating with underwriters, processors, vendors, and HOAs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project tasks by assigning and ordering tasks and following up weekly on outstanding documents
- Maintain acceptable turn times on new tasks
- Document detailed notes in the system when a task is touched
- Review preliminary documents to determine project review type
- Communicate discrepancies in requested documents to the underwriter and processor
- Verify projects have not been declined by investors
- Identify project ineligibility issues and notify the manager
- Upload applicable documents to outside vendors and upload final vendor documents
- Respond to emails within turn times dictated by Project Procedures
- Call HOAs, management companies, and insurance agents to request needed loan-file documents
- Review documents to confirm all required information is received and follow up on missing items
- Complete additional assignments as management deems necessary
Requirements:
- Mortgage experience preferred but not required
- Self-driven, starter, and task-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to departmental changes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technology skills
- High-speed internet required for remote work
- Cable or fiber internet only, with Ethernet connectivity
- Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps basic, 200–300/35–70 Mbps shared, or 500–1,000/100+ Mbps heavy use
