Job Description
National Director leading Alpha Youth to support Gen Alpha and Gen Z across diverse ministries. Drive youth-centric evangelism initiatives through strategic partnerships and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the Alpha Youth strategy across the United States
- Drive adoption of the Alpha Youth Series to reach defined goals
- Serve as one of Alpha's primary external voices in the youth ministry conversation
- Build and steward strategic partnerships with youth ministry organizations
- Oversee development and delivery of Alpha Youth resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience in youth ministry, parachurch ministry, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and scaling programs
- Familiarity with Protestant and Catholic youth ministry landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strategic thinking and operational discipline
- Experience managing direct reports
