Job Description
National Facilities Manager overseeing maintenance, project management, and vendor relations for resorts across the country. Support preventive maintenance and compliance while ensuring safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform or oversee duties of preventive maintenance and project management for construction, repair, and remodeling projects
- Manage vendor selection and contracting processes
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Certified Facility Manager preferred
- Risk management background preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business development, or related major
- Associate degree or related experience and/or training
- 3 years of work-related experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree
- OSHA 40 certification and other Technical Certifications
- Experience in facilities risk assessments
- Budgeting experience, writing reports, spreadsheets, and experience in Gantt Charts
