Job Description

National Facilities Manager overseeing maintenance, project management, and vendor relations for resorts across the country. Support preventive maintenance and compliance while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform or oversee duties of preventive maintenance and project management for construction, repair, and remodeling projects
  • Manage vendor selection and contracting processes
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Certified Facility Manager preferred
  • Risk management background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business development, or related major
  • Associate degree or related experience and/or training
  • 3 years of work-related experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree
  • OSHA 40 certification and other Technical Certifications
  • Experience in facilities risk assessments
  • Budgeting experience, writing reports, spreadsheets, and experience in Gantt Charts
