Job Description

Client Aviation Manager overseeing flight operations for a privately owned aircraft, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the flight department team, including pilots, flight attendants, and maintenance personnel.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with Solairus’ key internal partners the Client Responsible Officer (CRO), Client Services Director (CSD), Flight Coordinator (FC), and others.
  • Ensure all flight department activities comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; aviation management, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operational environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations, Part 91 operations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and business aviation best practices.
