Job Description

Sales Manager leading strategic sales initiatives for Paper & Board Machines across North America. Engage with clients to deliver high-value solutions meeting industry performance and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand ANDRITZ’s Paper & Board Machine business in North America.
  • Lead Consultative Sales: Engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Proposal Leadership: Coordinate with Applied Technology and global teams to prepare accurate, competitive technical and commercial offers.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide input on order forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global partners to ensure alignment on customer solutions and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Paper, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 15+ years in technical capital sales for Paper & Board Machines or similar complex process equipment.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Paper & Board Machine processes and applications.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles and collaborate across global teams.
  • Multilingual (English required; Spanish or French a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North America.
