Job Description
Customer Service Representatives for Norwegian-speaking clients in Health & Wellness Products Department. Supporting inquiries and providing exceptional customer support through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer information about health and wellness products effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
