Job Description

Customer Service Representatives for Norwegian-speaking clients in Health & Wellness Products Department. Supporting inquiries and providing exceptional customer support through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer information about health and wellness products effectively.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to assist in service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
