Job Description

Customer Service Representative providing assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients in hotel reservations. Join a dynamic hospitality team with opportunities for growth and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries, and any related issues effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer experiences.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on hospitality best practices and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
