Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients in hotel reservations. Join a dynamic hospitality team with opportunities for growth and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries, and any related issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on hospitality best practices and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
