Job Description

Customer Support Representative providing assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients for subscription services. Join a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction with comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to subscription services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with the latest service offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or subscription services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
