Job Description
Offshore Events and Marketing Coordinator supporting marketing campaigns and corporate events for global operations. Coordinating logistics, collaborating with teams, and ensuring brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, catering, equipment rentals, and on-site setup.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Support on-site and virtual event delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, banners, and promotional items.
- Maintain and update company website and social media platforms with current content.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, communications, design, and operations) to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Support regional and global marketing initiatives by adapting materials for local markets when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or related roles (experience in an offshore or remote setup preferred).
- Proven experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or trade shows.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar).
